Services included with accommodation:

• Prices are for one-night stay.
• Earliest possible date to check-in is 22 August 2023, latest possible date to check-out is 26 August 2023.
• Participants will select their check-in and check-out dates during accommodation booking. A total fee will be applied according to the days to be stayed.
• The accommodation concept is bed and breakfast.
• Participants will stay in standard rooms. For third person or the child, an extra bed will be provided.
• Accompanying persons cannot attend the meetings unless they are registered.

IMPORTANT: Those who want to accommodate with their child, please send an email to nurokuroglu@plazaevent.com.tr about your request.

Cancellation policy:

• In order to confirm registration and accommodation applications, all fees must be duly paid. No guarantee will be granted for the applications done without any or partial payments.
• Cancellations done until May 15, 2023 will be fully reimbursed.
• Cancellations done between May 16, 2023 – June 15, 2023 will be reimbursed by 50%.
• Cancellations done between June 16, 2023 – July 15, 2023 will be reimbursed by 25%.
• After July 16, 2023, no cancellations will be reimbursed, and if there is a due amount, it should be duly paid.
